1-on-1 Stretching (online)

Does your back hurt because you sit more than 8 hours per day?
Is your head always tilted forwards because of looking on your phone?
Do you feel stiffness in your hips and shoulders?

I help you to get more flexible again, so walking, sitting and action in the bedroom will feel comfortable again.

Online 1-on-1 sessions

The sessions take about 40 minutes.
We do about 10 positions and hold them for (at least) 2 minutes.
Because then we gain more flexibility.
These sessions are focused and organised around your needs and problem areas.

Sessions are on zoom.

Afterwards we feel stretched and relaxed.

All levels are welcome.
All ages are welcome.

Avalable on Monday to Friday between:

New York 3:00am – 3:00pm
London 8:00am – 8:00pm
Milan 9:00 – 21:00
